It’s hard to forget that Veteran’s Day is Monday, November 11th. With these events around Sonoma County, you can honor and thank all the women and men who have served in the United States Armed Forces.

The Veterans Day Parade and Flyover takes place at starting at noon on the 11th. This free event on Fourth Street, Petaluma brokers no excuses to miss out. Enjoy music in Walnut Park at 12PM and be prepared for a fantastic and moving parade at 1PM that honors the past, present, and future members of the armed services. Veterans will march proudly while many different modes of transportation follow.
A free event at the Rohnert Park Community Center will honor veterans and active duty military personnel at 11AM. With music, a presentation of colors, a flag ceremony, and more, there will be plenty to see at this event.
The American Legion Sotoyome Post 111 is honoring veterans this year in Healdsburg. They hold a flag ceremony and gun salute at 10AM in the Healdsburg Plaza and again at 11AM in the Windsor Town Green.
