Snuggle Under the Stars with Summer Movies in the Park

If you’re looking for some family fun on a budget, check out the summer movies in the park events. Cities like Cotati, Windsor, and Santa Rosa will hold regular movie nights throughout the summer. So bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and snacks and kick back and relax.

Movies in the Park, Petaluma

Located in Lucchesi Park, the city of Petaluma shows free movies various Fridays during the Summer and Fall.  The showing starts 15 minutes after sunset and refreshments are available for purchase. You can read more about the showings here. Highlight movies this year:

Family Movies on the Green, Windsor

On the Windsor Town Green you can catch a movie on Tuesday evenings from June 7th to August 9th. Movies begin 15 minutes after sunset. Check here for the schedule of showings, including:

Movies in the Park, Santa Rosa

Come to Howarth Park in Santa Rosa for their movies in the park event on Friday nights (after dusk) from August to September. The movies will be screened on the lower lawn by the Land of Imagination Playground. Check here for the schedule –
