Hop Around Sonoma County with these Eight Easter Egg Hunts

Easter is just around the corner and you’re looking for somewhere to hunt for eggs and enjoy some family fun. Luckily, Sonoma County has many Easter events to enjoy with your loved ones. Here are just eight of our many local Easter egg hunts.

  • Sonoma Valley Egg Hunt, Sonoma

The city of Sonoma is back with the annual Easter Egg Hunt. At the Northern side of the Historic Sonoma Plaza you can search for colorful eggs and meet the Easter Bunny. Special prizes will be awarded to the children who find the “Golden Egg”. The event will be April 20th at 10:00 am sharp.

  • Sebastopol Kiwanis Easter Egg Hunt, Sebastopol

Located in Ives Park, Kiwanis Club of Sebastopol’s Annual Easter Community Easter Egg Hunt is a local favorite. Come at 10:00 am sharp for the egg hunt, goodies, and a visit from the Easter Bunny.

  • Adobe Christian Easter Eggstravaganza, Petaluma

Join Adobe Christian Church for their annual Easter Eggstravaganza. There will be an egg hunt, live music, food, crafts, and more. The event will be April 20th from 11:00 am—1:00 pm and admission is $10 per family.

  • Kenwood Firefighter’s Association Egg Hunt, Kenwood

The Kenwood Firefighter’s Association Easter Egg Hunt will take place at the Kenwood Plaza Park on April 20th. The event begins at 9:00 am sharp. Bring your egg basket and be ready for the fun!

  • Safari West’s Hunt for the Hare, Santa Rosa

You’re in for a load of fun at the Safari West’s 18th annual Hunt for the Hare event. You’ll be served a delicious brunch, followed by an egg hunt. Afterwards, jump on the open-air bus for the Hunt for the Hare Tour. General admission is $75 for adults and $40 for children ages 4-12.

  • Paul Mathew Vineyards Easter Egg Hunt, Graton

Hunt for goodies through the vineyards at Paul Mathew Vineyards. On April 21st there will be a kids’ egg hunt at 12:00 pm and an adults’ egg hunt at 3:00 pm.

  • Spring Hills Eggstravaganza, Santa Rosa

Join Spring Hills Church in Santa Rosa for their Eggstravaganza. There will be food, crafts, face-painting, and more. Egg hunts will be held every hour for different age groups. The event will be April 20th from 1:00 pm—5:00 pm.

  • Kiwanis Club of Windsor Egg Hunt, Windsor

The Kiwanis Club of Windsor’s 15th Annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held at Windsor High School. The event starts at 10:00 am and areas will be sectioned off by age group for ages 1-12.
