Mark your calendars for August 3rd, because the Sonoma County VegFest is back! Whether you’re plant-based, vegetarian, or just a lover of fresh veggies, you will love this health-centric event. Join the town of Santa Rosa in their efforts to promote healthy and sustainable lifestyles.
The VegFest will be sure to fill your tummy with samples and snacks. A bunch of vendors and restaurants will be set up to tempt your taste buds. Think mouth-watering vegan BBQ, crispy falafels, gelato, and bubbly kombucha. Come hungry and ready to munch on veggies in all forms.
Expand your cooking skills by watching some of the best chefs in the county demonstrate how to make some of their favorite meals. Get educated – there will be talks on conservation and sustainability. There’s also a Kids’ Room, with face painting, food demos, and an afternoon movie.
The VegFest will be held at the Luther Burbank Center from 10am-6pm. Entry is only $5! Kids under 13 are free and so is parking.
